Welcome to the Bay Arts Council’s Artist Directory (BACAD) 

BACAD is a valuable community resource to connect artists of all kinds with educators, businesses, individuals, other artists and various organizations.  It’s easy to locate the type of artist you’re looking for. Artists are organized by category and each individual entry indicates the type of service provided (i.e. performance, education, sales, galleries etc). To use BACD, simply click search and enter a keyword or click on an artist type. No login is necessary to search the directory.  

If you are an artist interested in being listed with BACAD please email bacad@bayartscouncil.org, tell us your name and the email address you would like to be registered under and we will send you a user name and password. Once you receive your information go to the directory, log in and submit your entry.  

As more fine and performing artists register, this will become an invaluable tool for the larger community. Need a band for an event? Check BACAD. Want to put on a writer’s workshop? Check BACD.
